At Try Luxury Gift™, we stand by the quality of our products. Our Lifetime Product Warranty ensures that your roses are protected against manufacturer defects for their normal display life. This includes issues such as peeling of lacquer or precious metals, delamination, and similar concerns.
Warranty Claim Process
If your item requires repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim. We will assess your item to determine if it qualifies under our warranty terms.
Warranty Coverage
If a warranty issue is confirmed, we may choose to either repair or replace the defective item. In cases where the original item is unavailable, we may offer a similar substitute. Please note that refunds are not available for items purchased more than 90 days prior.
Due to the unique nature of our roses, exact replacements are not possible, and colors may vary over time or may no longer be available.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Tarnishing, accumulation of dirt, dust, or grime.
- Normal wear and tear, loss of product, or theft.
- Damage from exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or environmental elements.
- Breakage of glass domes not reported within one week of delivery.
- Shipping damage not reported within one week of receipt.
- Corrosion or surface abrasion due to use of non-approved cleaning products.
- Damage from dropping, impact, improper display, or handling.
- Any repair, service, or modification not performed by Try Luxury Gift™ voids this warranty.
- Damage or loss due to lack of necessary repairs or interventions to maintain the item’s integrity.
To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
